Jane Paul is a Pediatrics Neurodevelopmental Specialist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) specializing in assessments and developing treatment programs for children diagnosed with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as at-risk children. Her services include early intervention, curriculum development, staff and caregiver training, verbal behavior analysis, social skills training, adaptive skills training, systems analysis, and functional behavior analysis. She has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Clinical Services for Excella Developmental Services since 2010. Through her work, she has enjoyed serving children and families locally and internationally. Dedicated to placing clients first, Jane embodies EDS leadership and outstanding, quality services. Her deep curiosity, emphasis on authentic relationships, and commitment to excellence have been crucial in driving growth in her work.
Jane is also the Co-Founder and President of Pan African Congress on Autism Incorporated, an organization that is changing the narrative of autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities in Africa and other third world countries. She recently spearheaded a successful international conference that brought together professionals from 32 different countries. Her passion has led her to undertake a parent and professional training initiative so that every child in Africa and other third world countries will receive evidence-based services by trained professionals or parents. Her passion for children and families affected by autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities is evident in all she does. She believes strongly in empowering families.
Jane’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Williams Baptist University, a Masters and Doctorate in Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of California Davis Medical Center, M.I.N.D Institute. Recently, she completed and received an Executive Leadership Certification from Yale University.
When she is not working, Jane enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, going for walks, Zumba, and mentoring young people through her extensive experience developing talents. She also serves in her local community through volunteering. Serving her community in different capacities is something that brings her joy and contentment.
